1. Services Provided

Ganda Solar Services specializes in pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties, with a primary focus on solar panel cleaning. Our services are designed to improve the efficiency and longevity of solar panel systems by removing dirt, debris, and other contaminants.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Booking: Services can be scheduled through our website, via phone, or by email. We will confirm your appointment date and time, which may be subject to availability.
Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Delays: In case of unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions, we will promptly notify you and reschedule the service at no additional cost.

3. Service Pricing

Quotations: Price quotes are provided based on the scope of the job, which includes the size and condition of the solar panels, access to the panels, and any additional factors. Quotes are subject to change if there are material changes in the scope of work.
Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and online payments. In the event of late payments, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Access: Customers must ensure safe and easy access to the solar panels on the property. This includes unlocking gates, providing necessary permissions, and clearing any obstacles that may hinder our ability to perform the service.
Equipment Safety: While we take care to handle equipment responsibly, customers are responsible for notifying us of any fragile or damaged components of their solar panel system that may require special attention.

5. Liability and Warranty

Damage Disclaimer: Our team is trained to handle solar panel cleaning with care. However, Ganda Solar Services is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your solar panel system or other property. Before starting the service, we may take photographs of the panels for documentation.
Service Warranty: We offer a 30-day service warranty on our work. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, or if any issues arise due to our service, please notify us within 7 days, and we will address the concern at no additional cost.

6. Safety and Environmental Concerns

Weather Conditions: Solar panel cleaning may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures. In such cases, we will reschedule the service.
Water Use and Detergents: We use eco-friendly detergents and low-pressure techniques to ensure the safety of your panels. However, customers are responsible for informing us if their location has any restrictions on water usage or specific environmental regulations that may affect our service.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service in the following situations:

Unsafe working conditions (e.g., hazardous roof access)
Inadequate access to the solar panels
Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions
Non-payment or failure to meet agreed financial obligations

8. Limitations of Liability

No Guarantees on Solar Performance: While clean solar panels may improve efficiency, Ganda Solar Services does not guarantee specific performance improvements after the service. External factors, including panel age, location, and environmental conditions, can influence efficiency.
Property Damage: We are not liable for any damage to property unless caused directly by our negligence. Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the value of the service provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be communicated via our website or by email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Luis Obispo.
